save you time, energy and money, and offer you space planning and interior decorating options you may not have considered.  De-cluttering and organizing your home or office will eliminate daily frustrations and give you more time for the things you enjoy doing.

If you're planning to remodel your home, ask us to do an organizing assessment before you invest in new construction so that you'll have all your organizing needs met. We'll help you prepare for your relocation and unpack and organize you in your temporary home.

Whether you're creating a space for a new baby, downsizing, remodeling your home, or want to create a multi-purpose room, it helps to have a qualified professional work out an action plan to help you achieve your goals. Since children quickly outgrow clothing, furniture, equipment and toys, we help you sort, donate or consign these items to ensure they will be used again. When evaluating sentimental things, we help you determine what you should keep and what you should give away. You will never feel pressured to relinquish anything and will feel confident about the decisions you make. 

During our initial work session, we analyze your space, propose an action plan and get right down to work with you to put the plan in place.  We also offer telephone coaching in between work sessions so you can expedite the completion of your project and address questions about maintaining your space over time.  We are here to support you not only for today, but for tomorrow.

Our Virtual (Telephone) Organizing Services

If you feel more comfortable, you can choose our telephone coaching services
which allow us to create an action plan for you over the telephone and send you links to any organizing products you may need.  You also have the option of sending photographs of your space to us beforehand either electronically or by mail.  This is the perfect solution for a busy client who does not have time for a complete work session, needs to economize or who feels more comfortable doing all of the hands-on work alone.

A telephone organizing session is also ideal for the busy client who doesn't have a lot of clutter but wants to focus on time management, paper management and goal setting.  We can even build a highly functional home or corporate office filing system with you over telephone. For your convenience we offer telephone coaching gift certificates -  perfect for a parent, friend or other relative who would feel more comfortable with this service.


Our Redesign Services

 
Are there rooms in your home you don't like to use and you can't figure out why?  Have you reconfigured your furniture,
lighting, artwork, rugs and accessories many times, but nothing seems to work?  We will schedule a time to see the room together and discuss how you plan to use the space and what feeling you would like to achieve.  Then we use our proven 7-step formula to rebuild the room, layer by layer, quickly transforming the room.  It makes no difference whether your furnishings and accessories match, or whether there are many or just a few items to worth with.  It's actually the architecture of the space that determines what furnishings, artwork and wall hangings will work best.  Since we use what you have, you get a designer look without spending thousands of dollars on new furnishings.  Give us a few hours, and we'll return to you a space you will love. This is the perfect gift to give yourself as a reward for de-cluttering and reorganizing your home.  We also offer redesign gift certificates for friends or family. 


Our Wall Color Consultations

Did you know that repainting your walls is the quickest and least expensive way to transform your rooms?  Most people stick with a plain white or beige because they're afraid to experiment with color.   We take all of the guess work out of it for you.  Call us for a wall consultation and we'll analyze your space and give you the best choices by using our color design swatches, fan decks, color boards and color preview software.  You'll see what your actual room will look like with the new colors chosen.  We know that your environment can have a profound effect on how you think and feel and repainting your walls is the fastest and least expensive way for you to transform your space.  We'll even suggest a good painter if you need a recommendation.


Our Home Staging Services

If you are planning to sell your home or already have it listed, call us.  We schedule an appointment to do a "walk-through" analysis with you and create an action plan for the outside and inside of your home.  The difference between selling a home quickly and having it on the market could be as simple as de-cluttering, rearranging the furniture and re-accessorizing, using what you already have.  After the walk-through, you'll receive a detailed, written report of what is needed to maximize your home's selling potential from the outside-in within 48 hours.  We identify the rooms critical to the sale of your home, and can return to redesign these spaces, putting the design aspect of your action plan in place.  We highlight your home's architecture and best features, improve flow of space, and take your "imprint" off so that buyers can imagine themselves living there.  Have you ever walked into a model home that took your breath away and made you crave that space?  We create that same look and feel in YOUR home, setting it apart from the competition. 
Staging your home lets buyers know you are serious about selling your home fast, and for top dollar.  We also stage vacant and rental homes. 

The average investment in staging a home is usually just under $1,000 for an average-sized home of up to 3,000 square feet, which includes a complete walk-through analysis from your curbside into your home, a multi-page written report within 48 hours and a redesign of the rooms critical to your sale.  You may also opt for just the walk-through analysis and written report.
